The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI or transferring the amount online (wire transfer/ NEFT).
Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.50% for all online transactions.
Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Conference kit bag with all scientific material (if any).
Access to scientific sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to be in the scientific halls.
Conference luncheons and conference dinner.
Separate registration is required for respective workshops/ tutorials (if any).

Kindly send the cancellation requests to spctt2026@spctt.org, on or before January 15, 2026.
Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
No refunds will be entertained post January 15, 2026; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days within the completion of the congress, if not earlier.
